Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Please be mindful that all our products are Open Box. Yes, you'll receive the same products. 

Where can I view my sales receipt?

You'll receive a sales receipt with the product in the box and to your email as well.

How can I return an item?

At Premier Electronic Parts Inc we do not entertain any returns.

If the product is damaged at the time of delivery or with in warranty period, and there is no human intervention like physical damage for instance.

Our technicians will analyze  the issue and either fix if possible or replace if the product cannot be fixed.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

Yes, we do restock items which are out of stock.

But this does not reflect to all the items. I depends based on the availability of the products in the market.

Where can I ship my order?

We ship to Canada and US.

However some of the items are very huge cannot be shipped as it might result in damaged goods.

So you might see some products as Local Pick Up Only! on the store.
